In her long-running column Good Food, Brizzi wrote about the cuisines of many nations and regions from Vermont to Vietnam, plus honey, maple syrup, sausage, garlic, chilies, chocolate, nuptual victuals, food in books, food in the movies, the entire contents of her own refrigerator, and much, much more.

Brizzi's column Jenny's Food Focus ran in the Hudson River Sampler from 1997 to 2000. Unfortunately the columns are not available electronically, but Brizzi will happily furnish hard-copy clips on request.
