In her long-running column Good Food for Weekend, the arts supplement for the sadly defunct Taconic Press, Brizzi wrote about the cuisines of many nations and regions, from Vermont to Vietnam, plus honey, maple syrup, sausage, garlic, chilies, chocolate, nuptual victuals, food in books, food in the movies, the entire contents of her own refrigerator, and much, much more.
